Crab Linguine 1-2-3 (Prep Time: 12 minutes)

When its dinner time and your stomach is growling, the last thing you want to do is slave over a hot stove. Here is a quick and easy recipe you can fix that will satisfy even the pickiest eater. Bon appetit!

Ingredients
1 (9 oz.) package fresh linguine
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
6 oz. or 8 oz. Crabmeat, Flaked
2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
salt and freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup shredded fresh basil
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)

Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in Crabmeat pieces and cherry tomatoes. Sauté 1 minute. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Toss linguine and crab mixture together in large bowl. Sprinkle with basil and cheese (if desired) and toss again.
