Crab and Artichoke Melts Prep time
30 minutes Ingredients 8 oz. Crabmeat, flake style, chopped ![]() 1 13 3/4 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup chopped green onion Salt and pepper 4 English muffins, split and lightly toasted Instructions Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In bowl, combine first five ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mound on top of muffins. Arrange on baking sheet. Bake until puffy and golden, about 10 min. |
