Crab and Rice Alfredo Preparation time: 15 mins ![]() Ingredients 8 oz crabmeat 2 bags Boil-in-Bag White Rice 1 container (10 oz) refrigerated light Alfredo Sauce 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen peas, thawed 1 tbsp. each chopped fresh parsley, chives and pimentos Instructions Prepare boil-in-bag rice according to package directions and set aside. Combine Alfredo sauce, peas, parsley chives and pimentos in a medium skillet. Place over medium heat, stirring frequently until heated through. Add crabmeat and heat an additional two minutes. Serve over a bed of hot cooked rice. Serve with fresh Parmesan cheese, if desired. |
